Your responsibility
Follow the laws that apply where you live. Only play games you own legally or have permission to play. Buying an original game does not automatically grant every right to download or use ROM files. Support official releases.

If you hold rights and believe content infringes them, contact us. Identify the work and material concerned, provide contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We respond to legitimate removal requests.
Official releases
Support developers and publishers by buying official releases, collections, or subscription access where available.

The site uses the open-source EmulatorJS project. Permission to use emulator software does not grant rights to games or other copyrighted material.
